Kinji is unfortunate, being a victim of a corrupt society and now living in a dead world . He must keep his only living partner alive by killing the victims of the now derelict and decimated pre-detonation government, harvesting their blood to make insulin. Whilst on one of these expeditions, his past comes back to haunt him.
