Otsuki was supposed to move into a student dormitory in the spring, but due to some issues he is unable to get in. When he visits a real estate agent to decide where to live, he is introduced to a property with very favorable conditions, and so he visits the mansion. There he meets Molly and Lyra, the landlord and caretaker of the mansion. Otsuki is treated to a lavish meal and is satisfied, but he begins to worry again about whether he can really live under these conditions. Then the two people in question appear...
