Melinda is the Witch Department’s perennial second-place finisher.
She and Eluise—a cold, arrogant noble who’s always in first—are famous enemies.

As usual, after coming in second again, Melinda drinks in a rage… and ends up using a forbidden witch’s curse.
She succeeds in hypnotizing that obnoxious Eluise.

But the hypnosis takes hold in a really weird way.
