Seinosuke, the son of a bar owner, and Issa, the son of a tea house owner, were born and raised as next-door neighbors and childhood friends. Between Seinosuke, who dotes on him with total devotion, and the easygoing Issa, the two are a famous duo in their neighborhood. However, the truth is that Seinosuke has been head-over-heels in love with Issa since they were children.

As part of his daily routine, Seinosuke has to wake up the heavy-sleeper Issa, help him manage his morning wood, and get him dressed.
