Joo Incheol had his whole future planned out. As assistant to Representative Lee Myeongseon, a prospective Cabinet member, everything seemed set. However, when internal politics in the campaign threaten to push him down the pecking order, he finds himself saddled with a seemingly impossible mission to salvage his career: resolve a contentious redevelopment conflict in Songmun City’s Jungang district, by any means necessary. Complicating things further, his only hope lies with Ahn Pyeonghwa, owner of the run-down gym at the heart of the dispute, who also just so happens to be Incheol’s next door neighbor.
