Yagisawa Kei is disastrously unlucky in love, as his recent strike-out with author Itou Haruya attests. When his publishing company makes him responsible for a handsome young author, he once again finds himself walking an all too familiar path where work and play collide. He doesn't realize that he has met Subaru before... or that Subaru's reappearance now will open old wounds from a past he'd rather forget.
