It is a series written by Sui Ishida, who is the author of Tokyo Ghoul . Azuma Higashi is a rather popular boy who is rather small but has a strong willpower and sense of justice. His fighting skills are are extremely good until one day Tokio has acquired new powers. With these new powers he does no longer have to be a bystander but rather entrapped in a world were fighting is unavoidable.
