little crazy characters that almost always smile and are probably a little traumatized too.
this used to be a smiley psychos list but at this point i think its more so fit for smiling characters. Side note, the ‘smiley character’ in one of the books on this list is not always the main characters, sometimes they may appear later or have less importance to the overall story HOWEVER I only add them to the list if they have enough screen time to have a considerable character overall.
