For romances I like where they deserve each other and should stay with each other so no one else should have to deal with them (affectionate). In no particular order. Most important thing to me is that they have the agency to leave and /choose/ to stay
I just enjoy when characters recognize each other as fucked up and STILL choose that person ❤️🔥
