When Kaede, Iori, Hina, and Daichi awaken in the hospital with no memory, they find themselves receiving treatment for an amnesia-inducing virus that is sweeping the earth. After their condition is stabilized, they are discharged, but their plans to return home are put on hold after an explosion in the hospital parking lot leads to their kidnapping. Suddenly, Kaede and others are refugees on the run from the Information Control Organization, an association that seeks control of the world.
