On a blizzard day, a man named Zane with a baby in his arms rushes into the hospital where Meg works. As a railroad engineer, he finds an abandoned baby while inspecting the tracks and runs through the blizzard to the hospital. During the treatment, Meg can't help but be fascinated by Zane's love and care for the baby despite the fact that he isn't related to the baby. But she can't be with him because she's infertile! Then, when the baby is about to get discharged, Zane tells Meg that he has decided to become the baby's foster father... He also asks Meg to marry him and become the baby's mother!
