Evanna is the orphaned daughter of the Holy Empire's second prince and Lyngena Granger, a powerful sorceress. She is taken advantage by her uncle Levlius who forces Evanna to ascend the throne. As an Empress, Evanna is ridiculed and scorned for being the daughter of a sorceress and is subjected to abuse in order to pray the magic in her away. However, upon discovering her mother's grimoire, Evanna turns back time only to return as a toddler.
