Although he is an undocumented immigrant, Rhee Chang has been getting by, living a decent enough life while working at a job that lets him survive day to day. One day, everyone at the restaurant where he works dies all at once, as if unbearable pressure had built up inside their heads.
Something strange happens to Chang. Although he was clearly there, undeniably present at the scene, everyone passes him by, unaware of his presence.
In the confusion, Chang thinks of Yoo Hwi, whom he happened to encounter that day.
Hwi was someone who had died eleven years ago. And yet, they spoke. He was alive.
After that incident, things Chang cannot understand begin happening to him, one after another.
