The story follows a shy, socially awkward male student who has been noticing more eye contact with his cool, beautiful, and slightly intimidating classmate, Togo Rena. He believes someone like her would never pay attention to an "outcast" like him. The situation escalates when he accidentally sees her flashy, erotic underwear on the school stairs, causing him to have an obvious physical reaction. Worst of all, she catches him looking.
