Chungwon, a narcotics officer, goes undercover to stop "Pink Out," a new drug in Korea. The dealers slip away, leaving only Yeong. Every test comes back clean, yet after much doubt, Chungwon takes home the bewildered 21-year-old who is so unworldly, it's as if he's been shut away his whole life.
