Copyright Infringement Scans (CIS, for short) is a CLOSED scanlation group that focuses on BL. Comprised of 5 internet friends (Tax Fraud, Identity Theft, Shoplifting, Solicitation, and Armed Robbery), we strive to scan manga while being painfully self-aware of the fact that we are technically internet criminals due to breaking copyright laws.
