The next man in the red/black flag MCM series for the spooky month of October is Zigril for many reasons 😩 aside from the obvious fact that he’s very handsome, he's also very instinct driven which controls the majority of his personality, actions, and decisions. It’s quite admirable to see someone who knows what they want and what they choose to handle to be the driving force behind their actions and what becomes the main plot. His comfort and lifestyle were always his top priority and he would do anything and everything to ensure he could continue living a carefree life as he always has. Whatever it is he desired, for the most part, came to him so naturally which works with the carefree side of his personality. Although he doesn’t always feel some emotions so deeply (specifically that of love), his encounter with Kay (MC) completely altered his brain chemistry and made him change his whole life plan to fit Kay into it. Watching him adjust to his newly developed feelings was so interesting to see as he never had to accommodate anyone or anything before. His priorities shifted and for the first time in his life, he was putting someone else above his own wants and needs. Although the manhwa was cut short, the first and second novel are a must read for anyone who wants to take a deeper dive into the madness 🥹
